02 — Departures
Pick-up point, boarding cut-off, departure time and return cut-off are confirmed in writing with the invoice. Seat counts update as deposits clear.
Times are set in tabular numerals and shown in local time. Prices are per person and include accommodation, both group transfers and the on-site host. Compare the full packages or hold a seat on the next coach.
02 / Package assembly
Three parts, in this order. Each one is named, timed and priced before you pay, so the sheet you approve is the trip you board.

Your property is named with its street address and the walking time to the festival gate. Room type, how many sleep in it, the check-in window and the check-out cut-off all sit on the package sheet. Nothing is sold as property to be confirmed.

Group transfers run both ways. Pick-up point, boarding cut-off, departure time, arrival buffer and return cut-off are printed on your coach confirmation before payment. Seats are held by name, and the coach does not leave ahead of the published time.

Your on-site host meets the group at the meet-up point, hands out the printed running order, and walks you through the wristband and gate rules exactly as the organiser publishes them.

05 — Sample Running Order
Every departure follows this published pattern: pick-up point, boarding cut-off, arrival buffer and return cut-off. Stage times are set by the festival organiser and copied onto your running order.

06 — Practical logistics
Everything below is confirmed in writing before you pay. If a rule changes, the change reaches you by email and in the group chat the same day.
A national ID card or passport, plus a printed copy of your booking confirmation. Bring your student card if you booked a student rate. Keep your ID and booking confirmation on you rather than in the luggage hold. The festival runs its own gate.
The on-site host posts the new boarding cut-off in the group chat and waits at the pick-up point. If a delay is caused by traffic or a checkpoint, the arrival buffer printed on your timetable absorbs it. We never leave a registered passenger without a written notice.
Return departure is set so the group reaches the city before the nightly curfew begins. The return cut-off is fixed and stated on your running order; if you miss it, tell the host immediately and we will confirm the next available option in writing.
One main bag in the hold and one small bag at your seat. Tents and larger gear must be declared at booking so the hold is loaded correctly. The exact allowance is listed on your package page.
Check-in opens at the named property address on your booking, and the group meet-up point is marked on the running order for each festival day. The host is reachable by phone for the whole trip.
